I reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All photographs displayed on this website are original works created by Donald Purdey. I strive to display the colors and details of my prints as accurately as possible. Please note that monitor settings and screen calibrations may affect how colors appear on your device. The actual print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Each print is produced to the highest quality standards using archival papers and fade resistant inks.
All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges which will be calculated at checkout. I accept payment through major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment will be processed securely, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete. I reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed successfully.
Orders are typically processed within three business days of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped. If there is a delay in processing your order I will contact you with updated information. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability or pricing errors. In such cases I will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
I ship to addresses within the United States and to international locations. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within three to seven business days after processing. International orders may take longer due to customs processing and local postal services. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control. A tracking number will be provided for all orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. I have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be. Please check with your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any print within thirty days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return please contact me with your order number and reason for return. The print must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part. Refunds will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item.
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or defective please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation I may offer a replacement print or a full refund. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved as this may be needed for shipping claims.
All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Donald Purdey Photography. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any image without explicit written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. You are purchasing the physical print for personal display only. Commercial use of any image is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
All prints purchased from this website are intended for personal use only. You may display your print in your home or office, but you may not reproduce it for any purpose. You may not scan, copy, or create derivative works from any photograph. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution violates copyright laws and will be subject to legal action.

My liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. I am not responsible for any loss of data, profit, or reputation.
